Hello Everyone. This is Kristine, your Meditation caster for the internet radio Meditation Cast where the more you listen, the more you become the universe mind.

Today’s story is Susan’s story, a student from Meditation.

Meditation

I believed we weren’t put on this planet to struggle. Then why was so much of my life a struggle? So often I found my past creating conflict in my present. The fears of the future would find its way into the “now.” There I was caught in the middle. The high moments were appreciated and enjoyed, but they were temporary. My successes and accomplishments offered short lived fulfillment. The ups and the downs became exhausting.

Who wouldn’t want to “let go” and “live one day at a time?” I found that impossible to do as my endless thoughts pulled me in to a darker place. The illnesses of family members and of myself,  the loss of loved ones, the financial pressures, disappointments, anger, resentment, sadness, frustration, guilt, loneliness….the emotional upheaval we all go through, finally reached a peak. I called it my “accumulation of life..” The strength and optimism that got me through numerous set backs were dwindling. That is when Meditation found me.

After years of endless searching for that inner peace and joy I found my miracle. Meditation teaches you how to “let go” and “live one day at a time,” as you are set free from your own thoughts.

Meditation has changed my life. I am no longer struggling. The endless negative emotions have been replaced with an inner peace. I am healthier, happier, and enjoying life like I have never done before. Truly amazing!
